Saladin malting systems provided by Laizhou Yingtai machinery Co., Ltd. are consist of traditional Saladin malting system and new type Saladin malting system. Traditional Saladin malting system are designed for large production of malt . While new type Saladin malting system for craft malt production has germination-kilning Saladin box-type vessel with cover and it needs no civil engineering.

Yingtai Saladin malting system is a complete malt production line consisting of raw material cleaning, steep, germination, drying and scale packing,etc. It has rectangle Saladin germination box and fans to provides uniformity air from one end so as to achieve humiture control. All loadings and unloadings can be achieved by computer controlled mechanized operation. Drying will be carried out in round Saladin kiln box. If the batch size is not very large, such as 5ton or 10ton per batch,  you can consider to use combination malting vessel, in where germination process and kilnning process can be completed in the same Saladin box.

The malting system has the features of advanced design, reasonable structure and high degree automation. The systems achieves the process control, technical parameter display and storage by PLC. The kilning temperature of Saladin malting system can up to 85℃（185℉） and it was widely used in base malt production for breweries and distilleries.
